Poly Tote Boxes

Poly tote boxes are easily our most popular type of tote box. The boxes can be made in many different gauges, (thickness) shapes, and sizes. These boxes are extremely durable and very cost effective. Poly tote boxes are made of either polyethylene or polypropylene.
Polyethylene is a rigid material which can be opaque or translucent. Polyethylene is available in many different colors and finishes. Key Products manufactures these tote boxes in gauges ranging from .023 to .075. We make both tuck-tab style boxes and sonic welded boxes. Polyethylene can be printed and/or foil stamped with your artwork. Key Products can create poly tote boxes with custom die-cut windows and flap closures. We have many different closure options including Velcro, snaps, buckles, and strings. We can also provide you with the perfect carrying handle for your custom tote box.

Polypropylene tote boxes are similar to polyethylene tote boxes. Polypropylene is a more flexible material and is available in different color schemes and textures. If you desire an almost completely see-through box, polypropylene is the best material for you. We manufacture custom polypropylene tote boxes in many different shapes and sizes. Polypropylene tote boxes can be made in gauges ranging from .020 to .045. Key Products can custom die-cut even the most elaborate shapes and sizes to create a truly unique poly tote box. Polypropylene tote boxes can be both printed and foil stamped with your artwork. We can construct poly tote boxes in both tuck tab and sonic welded configurations. These tote boxes can be customized with many different flap closures utilizing Velcro, snaps, tabs, and buckles.

E-Flute Tote Boxes

E-Flute tote boxes are made the same way poly tote boxes are made. We created a die to match the size and shape you desire and after decorating the e-flute material, we cut the shape and you have your box. E-Flute tote boxes are most often tuck style meaning that we die cut flaps and slots that, when tucked together, hold the box together. We also frequently glue flaps to reinforce edges or to form the final configuration. E-flute boxes are usually less expensive than poly because the e-flute substrate is less expensive.
E-flute is usually 200# in thickness and white one side before we start the manufacturing process. We then take a label weight paper and decorate it with either offset printed graphics, silk screened graphics, foil stamped graphics, or any combination you desire. After decorating the label, we laminate it to the e-flute on the unfinished side, die cut out the configuration you desire and we have your box. By adding Velcro, plastic latches or snap closures and handles, you have a completed tote box custom made for your application. Typically we ship these boxes to you flat on pallets with the accessories for you to assemble with your contents. However, if you need someone to assemble the boxes and their contents, we provide complete fulfillment services as well.

In addition to E-flute tote boxes we can manufacture boxes from a lighter weight paper, typically in an SBS type of coated paper in a weight adequate enough to form the box. Some SBS or coated paper boxes need reinforcement such as e-flute or corrugated materials to help reinforce them internally. These boxes are made in the same manner as E-Flute boxes and can be decorated similarly.
