Here is an example of how it works. One of our customers recently purchased vinyl binders and poly tabs from us. In addition they wanted us to fulfill their package. They shipped us 147 sheets of text that we collated into book blocks on our automatic collator, we then round cornered and drilled all of the pages, we then inserted the poly index tabs to make the sections of the book. After having the book blocks complete, we shrink wrapped the book block and inserted it into the binders individually and then bulk boxed the binders with the book blocks for shipment. We were able to provide the complete package for this customer from design conception to finished package.

Another example is the “Grease Monkey Tool Box” order we recently made. We helped design the box to look like a small tool box and manufactured it using red polyethylene. After screen printing, die cutting and welding the box we added a handle and the latch and the box was made. Our customer furnished the wooden blocks (they were actually a game) and we put them together in order and inserted them in the poly tool box, bubble wrapped them and individually boxed them. We them put the individual boxes in master cartons and the result was the completed game package prepared for bulk shipment.
