Our Process

This is where you begin to plan your project, find out how the process works, and what steps you'll need to take to get your final result.

Step 1 - Your Idea

Everything starts with an idea. Creating great looking marketing materials is no exception. We at Key Products, Inc. know the value of great ideas and look forward to solidifying them into final products for our customers. So bring your napkin sketches, color swatches, mock-ups, and whatever else it takes to get your idea across to us...we're listening.

Step 2 - The Components

What are you planning on packaging? Documentation, Audio-Visual, CD-ROM, Data, Parts, Binders. Deciding on a marketing vehicle depends greatly on what you are packaging. Not quite sure? Get some ideas from our examples page or our products page.  

Step 3 - Presentation

Presenting your idea to one of our industry experts will help you understand the advantages and limitations of some processes. You can also take a look at our enormous collection of samples. These range from finished parts to material and color swatches. Not only is this part of the process informative, but fun! 

Step 4 - Quotation

After you and your sales representative have decided on options for your project including  artwork printing, construction, quantity, etc. Your sales representative will provide a formal quote for your approval. At this point it is important to be sure all of your decisions are final before we start ordering materials for your project.

Step 5 - Placing Your Order

Once you have decided on all of your options, and quantities, the final step in the administrative process is to place your order by phone, fax or e-mail. Once your order has been received, your sales representative will fax you one last form...the order acknowledgement. This is our way of making sure your order is processed exactly as it should be. If there are any last minute changes to be made, please contact your sales representative and  let them know.

Step 6 - Artwork & Printing

Your order has been placed. The next process is manufacturing. The first step in manufacturing is printing the raw materials. Whether you chose screen printing, offset, foil stamping or any of our other decoration processes, this is where it will begin. Our strict quality standards assure you a quality print with the closest color matching possible. It is possible to see the process if you wish to set up an appointment with your sales representative.

Step 7 - Manufacturing

Your concept is now becoming a reality. The idea is now becoming a final product. Rest assured, you are in goods hands with our employees. Each has many years experience in the trade and has perfected their art to a science. Our strict quality standards check your product at each stage of development, making sure it is exactly the way you ordered.

Step - Delivery

When it is time to deliver your order, Key Products, Inc gives you many different options. You can pick it up yourself at our facilities or have it shipped directly to you via ground transportation. Talk to your sales representative to help you figure out what is the best option for you.
